Working alongside so many market leaders has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Every day, I get to collaborate with people who are at the top of their game, and I'm constantly learning from their expertise, their work ethic, and their dedication to excellence.
Over the past 35 years, I have had many good years, but 2025 was special in many ways, working with Joyner Agents and awesome clients. I've been fortunate to receive recognition for my production numbers. And while I'm grateful for that acknowledgment, I have to be honest—it's not what drives me. It's not what keeps me excited to show up every day.
The real reward?
Watching the people around me thrive and clients buy and sell their dream homes.
There's something incredibly fulfilling about being part of someone else's success story. When a colleague closes a deal they've been working toward for months, when a team member finally breaks through a plateau they've been struggling with, when someone achieves a goal they once thought was out of reach—that's what makes this work meaningful.
My approach to leadership is rooted in an unconventional method designed to empower real estate agents who want to be part of something truly unique. The culture in our office is one of support and encouragement, enabling our agents to achieve milestones they previously thought impossible. My philosophy, whether in real estate or coaching tennis, has always been that leadership isn't just about being "at the top", it's about walking alongside you in the trenches. My focus is on getting to know you and understanding what motivates you intrinsically. The mentorship and guidance I provide are not one-size-fits-all; they are tailored to your unique needs and goals to help you increase your production within 24 months or sooner. Through comprehensive training, strategic planning, and consistent support, I equip agents to fast-track their success and cultivate sustainable, thriving businesses that foster confidence and create opportunities for financial growth and stability.
I've come to realize that success isn't just about personal achievement. It's about being part of something bigger. It's about contributing to an environment where everyone can excel, where we lift each other, and where one person's win feels like a win for all of us.
So to everyone I've had the honor of working with: thank you. Thank you for pushing me to be better, for inspiring me with your own journeys, and for letting me be a small part of your success. Your achievements mean more to me than any recognition I could receive.
Here's to many more shared victories ahead.
